This course gives an understanding of the microbiome, digestion, and gut health. We will consider all the main different types of diets and probiotics that are currently used to improve gut health. You will discover which program is best for you. The course takes 3 weeks and each lesson covers a week and is divided into several parts, which are given to you on specific days. You will be asked to follow a specific diet and program based on your own preferences and needs. When the course is over you will be given tools to help you maintain your progress toward good gut health.
